Imperial Brands is calling on retailers across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland to respond to a crucial Government call for evidence that will help design a new retail licensing scheme for all tobacco and vape products. The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has launched the consultation, titled “Tobacco and Vapes: evidence to support legislation,” which will close on December 3, 2025.
