Design and Build Quality

The Nevoks Feelin AX immediately catches the eye with its sleek and modern design. The device boasts clean lines and smooth curves, all wrapped in a robust aluminum alloy body that strikes a perfect balance between lightness and durability. Weighing in at just 57g, the Feelin AX feels substantial in the hand without being cumbersome.

While the device is taller than some of its competitors at 120mm x 24mm x 16.4mm, this extra height is a small price to pay for the impressive 1500mAh battery that powers the Feelin AX. It’s a testament to Nevoks’ engineering prowess that they’ve managed to pack such a large battery into a relatively compact device.

The Feelin AX is available in a range of eye-catching colors, including Pearl White, Lavender Violet, Midnight Black, Sky Blue, Misty Grey, Lake Green, and Aurora Red. For this review, we tested the Misty Grey. The Misty Grey, in particular, is a standout, with its subtle metallic sheen that catches the light in a mesmerizing way.

But the Feelin AX isn’t just a pretty face; it’s also got brains. The device features a crisp and clear OLED screen that displays all the essential information you need at a glance, including wattage, battery life, resistance, and puff counter. The screen is easy to read even in bright sunlight, and the circular fire button just below it has a satisfying, textured surface that feels great under your finger.

While the build quality of the Feelin AX is generally excellent, we did notice some minor inconsistencies. The airflow slider on the Pearl White unit was slightly stiffer than the one on the Lavender Violet device, which could be due to differences in the paint finish. However, both sliders were perfectly usable and stayed in place during use.

Overall, the Nevoks Feelin AX scores high marks for its design and build quality. It’s a device that exudes quality from every angle, and it’s clear that Nevoks has put a lot of thought and care into crafting a pod vape that looks and feels premium.

Nevoks Feelin AX Features

Where the Nevoks Feelin AX really shines is in its feature set. This device has everything you could want in a pod vape and then some.

First and foremost, the Feelin AX offers adjustable wattage with smart wattage detection, allowing you to fine-tune your vaping experience to your liking. The wattage range spans from 5W to 30W, giving you plenty of room to find your sweet spot.

The device also features fully adjustable airflow, allowing you to dial in your draw from a tight mouth-to-lung (MTL) to a restricted direct-to-lung (DTL) hit. This level of customization is rare in pod vapes and is a welcome addition for vapers who like to experiment with different draw styles.

But perhaps the most impressive feature of the Feelin AX is its massive 1500mAh battery. This is a significantly larger capacity than most of its competitors, and it means you can vape for longer without worrying about running out of juice. And when it’s time to recharge, the Feelin AX supports 2A fast charging via USB Type-C, allowing you to go from dead to fully charged in just 45 minutes.

The Feelin AX is also compatible with a wide range of Nevoks A1 pods, with resistances ranging from 0.4Ω to 1.2Ω and capacities of 2ml (TPD) and 3ml (Standard). This variety of pod options makes the device appealing to a broad spectrum of vapers, from those who prefer a tight MTL draw to those who enjoy a looser, more airy vape.

Nevoks Feelin AX Features

Using the Feelin AX

Using the Nevoks Feelin AX is a breeze, even for those new to pod vapes. To turn the device on, simply press the fire button five times in rapid succession. To adjust the wattage, press the fire button three times to enter the wattage adjustment mode, then press the button to cycle through the available options. The device will automatically limit the wattage range based on the resistance of the installed pod.

If you need to lock the fire button to prevent accidental firing, press it four times quickly. Repeat the process to unlock the device.

One of the great things about the Feelin AX is that it can be used in both manual and auto-draw modes. This versatility allows you to choose the vaping style that suits you best, whether you prefer the control of a manual fire button or the simplicity of an automatic draw.

Pods and Coils

The Nevoks Feelin AX uses Nevoks A1 pods, which come in a variety of resistances and capacities to suit different vaping preferences. The pods are available in 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, and 1.2Ω resistances, with the 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω pods having a 3ml capacity and side-filling design, while the 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω pods have a 2ml capacity and top-filling system.

For this review, we tested the 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω pods included in the kit. Both pods performed exceptionally well, but the 0.6Ω pod stood out for its perfect balance of flavor and vapor production. These pods proved to be long-lasting, too, delivering consistent flavor for a full two weeks of use with 70VG e-liquid before any noticeable decline in taste.

Filling the pods is a straightforward process, with a side-fill rubber plug for the 3ml pods and a top-fill design for the 2ml pods. While the rubber plug can be a bit fiddly for those with larger fingers, it’s a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent pod system.

Nevoks Feelin AX Performance

When it comes to performance, the Nevoks Feelin AX is a top-tier contender. The outstanding Nevoks A1 pods are the star of the show, delivering flavor that rivals some of the best pod vapes on the market, including the Caliburn G3 and Vaporesso Xros.

In our testing, the 0.6Ω pod was the clear favorite, offering a slightly more open and punchy vape than the 0.8Ω pod. Thanks to the Feelin AX’s generous 1500mAh battery, we were able to crank up the wattage on the 0.6Ω pod without worrying about draining the battery too quickly. The sweet spot for this pod was around 20W with the airflow halfway open, resulting in a loose MTL vape with plenty of warm vapor and intense flavor.

The adjustable airflow on the Feelin AX works like a charm, allowing you to achieve a tight MTL draw with the 0.8Ω pod and the airflow nearly closed, or a more open and airy vape with the 0.6Ω pod and the airflow wide open. The draw from both pods is smooth and satisfying, and the auto-draw function is responsive and reliable.

One of the standout features of the Feelin AX is its impressive battery life. The 1500mAh battery is a game-changer for a device of this size, easily lasting a full day of heavy vaping or up to two days with more moderate use. And when it’s time to recharge, the 2A fast charging ensures you’re back to vaping in just 45 minutes.

Compared to other popular pod vapes on the market, the Nevoks Feelin AX holds its own. While it may not quite match the raw flavor intensity of the Caliburn G3, the Feelin AX’s superior battery life, faster charging, and more extensive airflow adjustment make it a compelling choice for vapers who prioritize convenience and customization.
