Azerbaijan Implements Fines for E-Cigarette Trade and Public Use
New amendments to the Administrative Offenses Code introduce strict financial penalties for the unauthorized production, sale, and public consumption of electronic cigarettes in Azerbaijan.
President Ilham Aliyev has approved amendments to Azerbaijan’s Administrative Offenses Code, establishing a comprehensive fine structure for the e-cigarette industry. The regulations target illegal imports, production, and retail sales, while also penalizing individual use in prohibited public spaces.

Beyond monetary fines, all products involved in administrative violations are subject to immediate confiscation by state authorities.
