Battery Life and Charging
The XROS 4 retains the 1000mAh battery capacity of its predecessor, the XROS 3, providing ample power for a full day of vaping, even for frequent users. However, the introduction of 2A rapid charging technology sets the XROS 4 apart, allowing the battery to be fully charged in just 30 minutes, significantly reducing downtime and ensuring you can get back to vaping quickly.
The battery life varies depending on the pod and usage. With the 0.6Ω pod, you can expect to vape around two and a half pods before needing to recharge, while the 1.0Ω pod allows for up to three full pods per charge.
The XROS 4 features a gradient LED circle that serves as the battery life indicator. During vaping, the LED lights up in a gradient, but at the end of your draw, it switches to a solid color to indicate the remaining battery life: green for 70-100%, blue for 30-70%, and red for 0-30%.
The Type-C charging port is located on the bottom of the device, necessitating laying it down during charging. The 2A charging speed ensures a full charge in approximately 30 minutes. The XROS 4 also supports pass-thru charging, allowing you to vape while it charges.
User-Friendly Operation
Using the VAPORESSO XROS 4 is straightforward and intuitive. To install a pod, remove it from the battery section and insert a new one, ensuring to remove the sticker if it’s the first use. Filling the pod is a breeze: detach the mouthpiece to expose the fill hole, squeeze in your e-liquid, and securely replace the mouthpiece. Remember to allow the coil to prime for 5 minutes before use to ensure optimal performance.
Adjusting the airflow is simple, thanks to the control toggle on the back of the device. Tailor the airflow to your preferred vaping style for a customized experience. To turn the device on or off, click the power button five times within two seconds.
The XROS 4 offers the flexibility of both button activation and auto-draw. Simply inhale through the mouthpiece or use the button to activate the device and begin vaping.
Monitoring the battery level is easy with the LED indicator. The color changes based on the remaining battery life: green for 70-100%, blue for 30-70%, and red for 0-30%.
